    Therapeutic Massage and Body Training Sessions

    Therapeutic Massage sessions are designed to boost your well-being in conjunction with your other self-care practices. Benefit from expert massage therapy to heal and harmonize your body and spirit. 

    Body Training sessions relieve pain and tension in your body while simultaneously teaching you to be your own physiotherapist! Elements include restorative strengthening and stretching exercises, ergonomics and healthy body alignment, chi gung and Chinese acupressure points, self-massage, simple breath work, meditation, body awareness, and more, all targeted for your greatest well-being and vitality.

    Consider scheduling multiple sessions at a frequency which supports your greatest well-being and healing. If none of the appointment times match you, please reach out for further accommodation :).

  • Weekly Sunday Fitness Classes- 60 minutes

    Join our live, online Sunday fitness classes. They are playfully dynamic and aim to rejuvenate your stuck parts, awaken your body and breath awareness, and bring peace and grounding to your whole Being. Elements in classes include restorative strengthening and stretching exercises, chi gung and Chinese acupressure points, healthy posture, self-massage, simple breath work, meditation, music, and more.

    No special equipment is required since everyday household items can be used as class tools. All levels, bodies, and abilities are welcome.
