This is a rare opportunity for your body to get undivided and hands-on attention for an extended time from a highly experienced and caring body professional. Each session is therapeutic/healing, educational, fun, and tailored to YOU. 

With over 20 years as a professional in holistic body therapy, Natasha strategically draws from many healing modalities--healthy body alignment, massage, self-massage techniques with therapy balls, acupressure points, massage, and targeted exercises. 

What you might to focus on in your session:

  • Relieving muscle or joint pain

  • Healing an injury

  • Improving your posture

  • Increasing your mobility or range of motion

  • Moving beyond your current limitations

  • Consulting on (creating or tweaking) your exercise routine

What a session might look like:

  • Discussion of your concerns and goals (intake form is so helpful and saves time here)

  • Assessing your posture and how it may be contributing to your issues of concern

  • Teaching you how to achieve more healthy posture 

  • Guiding you to loosen tension with self-massage; to strengthen weak areas with targeted exercises

  • Creation of your priority moves (videos of which will be emailed to you, when applicable)

  • Discussion of how you can most seamlessly fit your priority moves into your life (many moves can be done while you're doing dishes, etc.) 

  • Discussion of how best to follow-up and support your ongoing success (feeling better can happen in one session, more sustainable healing takes place over time)

***Priority moves are a potent and personalized set of daily or almost daily exercises and practices chosen to expedite your success

Please understand that depending on your needs, multiple sessions may be needed to support you in reaching your goals. Natasha is available for follow-up in one-on-one online sessions, weekly online group classes and clinics, and upon her next visit to XXXXX. 

Note: These sessions are not massage sessions. They are dynamic sessions in which you'll be actively involved, moving, learning, and receiving. Massage is likely to be a small portion of the session--from Natasha's hands or from massage therapy balls.

This is quite different from physical therapy in that...

Attention is given to the role your daily movements, posture, and ergonomics contribute to your body's pain, limitations, and well-being.  How you repeatedly position yourself as you sit, carry, stand, bend, lie, walk, etc. is a significant factor in how your body feels, the injuries and pains you have, and in the ability and pace of your body's healing. You get more and undivided time with Natasha than is offered in traditional physical therapy sessions, and this allows for a greater depth of experience, learning, and healing. Your priority moves are chosen for their effectiveness in helping you reach your goals, as well as for their "stack-ability" in your life, meaning that they can be done while doing something else that you already regularly do (calf stretch while doing dishes).
