What is different in WBC approach

Many have not been treated holistically and suffer from misaligned movement patterns. Often, the root issue of alignment is ignored, and people view their bodies in isolated parts.

You may not realize the impact of insufficient or repetitive movement and daily habits on your well-being.

Unlike relying solely on external treatments like massage or chiropractic care, my approach focuses on empowering you to recognize and correct the daily movements contributing to your pain.

You will learn to move through your life in ways that are more generative than degenerative, that sustain health, prevent injury, and save you time and money that you would otherwise spend on healing from your unhealthy movement habits. 

How we move determines so much about how we look, feel, and age, and what we are able to do. 

Over the six weeks we will provide you with the fundamental principles of body alignment that are the base of our health. This course will shine a light on your blindspots and give you the knowledge and tools to heal and feel better now, and for the rest of your life. It's a whole body and whole-life approach to forming aligned, strong, mobilizing, and healing habits in your daily movements, starting with a healthy back, neck, and butt. Limited spots available.

A: Alignment Techniques

Learn how to correct misalignments and improve your body mechanics to prevent pain and enhance functionality. You will understand how posture is affecting you and will create a foundation for long-term vitality.

U: Unwind chronic tension

Stiffness, tension and inflexibility prevent you from making the changes stick, so you will learn the basis of self massage that you can use every day and become independent of massagist and chiropractors.

M: Mindful Movement

Through restorative exercises that will give you more body awareness as well as strengthening your weak muscles so you will create the supportive structure where healing can occur on deeper and multiple levels.

  • Weekly online meetings to learn and practice with the group at home. Also inclds Q&A with the teacher.

  • A library of videos to incorporate the knodledge and to heal chronic and acute pain and tension, align your posture, and strengthen your body through simple and potent movements.

  • Expert coaching throughout the six weeks. An opportunity to chat with Natasha and share your body challenges.

  • A Full Year's access to the 18 recordings of live classes and recorded exercise routines for you to keep on practicing

  • 2 One-on-One sessions with Natasha, one before the course begins and the other before the end of the course so we can target your goals and check the progress.

Who is Natasha?


After experiencing plus 10 years of chronic neck pain I started Massagist will heal a little bit but was not emough, the pain will come back. That is when i understood that something needed to change from within, that i needed to get my body power back.

This required a deeper study and understanding. I ceased to see myself as a victim of my pain and started to take control of my situation. Realizing the immense power that my posture could have in managing this issue was incredibly empowering.

I started to train my body in ways that i haven't experienced before and suddenly the pain that was taking my life energy away disappeared.

I could feel more present, joyful in my every day activities and capable within my body.

All this 20 years of knowledge and training helped me but most important hundreds of people with different issues.
